Abundances of prokaryotic classes and eukaryotic orders and species found in phytodetrital aggregates (PA), fecal aggregates (FA), and the ambient seawater in the fall and spring seasons, as well as of species in DNA extraction negative controls. Abundance values are prior to (raw) and following rarefaction. These data were published in Neuer et al. (2021).

Analysis of isoform-specific tau aggregates suggests a common toxic mechanism involving similar pathological conformations and axonal transport inhibition
Cox, Kristine; Combs, Benjamin; Abdelmesih, Brenda; Morfini, Gerardo A.; Brady, Scott T.; Kanaan, Nicholas M. (Elsevier, 2016-07-29)Misfolded tau proteins are characteristic of tauopathies, but the isoform composition of tau inclusions varies by tauopathy. Using aggregates of the longest tau isoform (containing 4 microtubule-binding repeats and 4-repeat ... -
Physical controls on copepod aggregations in the Gulf of Maine
Woods, Nicholas W. (Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, 2013-06)This thesis explores the role that the circulation in the Gulf of Maine (GOM) plays in determining the distribution of dense aggregations of copepods. These aggregations are an important part of the marine ecosystem, ... -
Determining the extinction cross section of aggregating fish
Foote, Kenneth G.; Ona, Egil; Toresen, Reidar (Acoustical Society of America, 1992-04)When fish are aggregated over a flat bottom, and fish and bottom echoes can be distinguished, it is possible to determine the fish extinction cross section by a simple application of the echo integration method. The theory ...
