Abstract
These data are presented in Edmunds (in press) Fig. S1 in the supplementary materials and describe the number of juvenile corals (colonies ≤ 4 cm diameter) along the fixed 40 m transect lines at two sites in St. John, US Virgin Islands between 1994 and 2020.
