Abstract
Water temperature was measured at six coral reef sites in Palau from 2021 to 2023. Loggers (Hobo Tidbit) were attached to threaded rods embedded in the reef using zip ties. Water temperature was measured every 30 minutes. For a complete list of measurements, refer to the full dataset description in the supplemental file 'Dataset_description.pdf'.
