dc.description.abstract The effect of Sr on the coccolithophore Scyphosphaera apsteinii calcification was assessed over a 10 day period. The quantum yield of photosystem II (Fv/Fm) was determined using a fluorometer by pipetting approximately 1.5 mL of sample from each flask into a cuvette. For a complete list of measurements, refer to the full dataset description in the supplemental file 'Dataset_description.pdf'.
