WHOI Buoy Newsletter

The WHOI Bouy started in November of 1999 is an internal newsletter for notices of general interest within the Institution. It included summaries of WHOI committee reports, ship schedules and positions, visitors to WHOI, new systems, services and procedures, activation and cessation of grants and contracts, notices on meetings, lost and found notices, book acquisitions and other general notices.
