One page typescript letter on Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution letterhead expressing belief that the TITANIC should not be raised, but instead use modern technology to film the TITANIC in her current state allowing people to see the TITANIC and tour her many rooms while still being respectful to her as a memorial.
