dc.description | Velez-Perez, McLean, Quiñones-Laracuente and Roberts were all participants in the Summer Program in Neuroscience, Ethics and Survival (SPINES) at the Marine Biological Laboratory. The program provides an intensive course in neuroscience as well as teaching survival skills such as grant writing and public speaking. The program encourages participation by groups underrepresented in neuroscience. | |
