Seven page photocopy of Bill H.R. 3272 presented to the House of Representatives to designate the shipwreck of the TITANIC as a maritime memorial and to provide a reasonable research, exploration and, if appropriate, salvage activities. The bill was named "R.M.S. TITANIC Maritime Memorial Act of 1985".
