dc.description.abstractDissolved total mercury, dissolved methylmercury, dissolved organic carbon as well as different size fractions of coastal phytoplankton were measured in watersheds along the U.S. East Coast from New Jersey to Maine in 2015 and 2016. Chlorophyll and phaeopigment data and other parameters were also recorded. Samples were collected at different stages of the tide and over different months in the two years. For a complete list of measurements, refer to the full dataset description in the supplemental file 'Dataset_description.pdf'.
