Abstract
This dataset contains fish survey component of the project. Fish sampling consists of recording the number and size of all non-cryptic fishes on "transects". Ancillary data include the GPS location of each area, underwater visibility on the bottom, water temperature, and sea state (surge). For a complete list of measurements, refer to the full dataset description in the supplemental file 'Dataset_description.pdf'.
