dc.description.abstractThe experiments were designed to test the combined effects of CO2, temperatures, and light on the growth of the diatom T. pseudonana CCMP1014 in a multifactorial design. This dataset contains measurements of photophysiology using the Light curve (LC3) protocol of the Aquapen-C AP-C 100 fluorometer. For a complete list of measurements, refer to the full dataset description in the supplemental file 'Dataset_description.pdf'.
