This report documents the W.H.O.I. VAX-11 programs used to
calculate available potential energy and related quantities from CTD data
using the technique described in Bray and Fofonoff (1981). The report
includes examples of how the programs may be used, as well as complete
listings of all the required FORTRAN files.

A computer program for the design and static analysis of single-point subsurface mooring systems : NOYFB
Moller, Donald A. (Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, 1976-06)This report describes computer program NOYFB, a method of determining the static configuration of sub-surface oceanographic moorings for the purposes of system design and analysis of performance. The program is written ... -
A computer program for calculating frequencies and modal structure of free coastal-trapped waves
Wilkin, John L. (Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, 1987-12)A listing and full documentation is presented for a FORTRAN computer program which computes the dispersion curves and across-shelf modal structures of free coastal-trapped waves in a coastal channel. The three ... -
Programs for computing properties of coastal-trapped waves and wind-driven motions over the continental shelf and slope
Brink, Kenneth H.; Chapman, David C. (Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, 1985-04)Documentation and listings are presented for a sequence of computer programs to be used for problems in continental shelf dynamics. Three of the programs are to be used for computing properties of free and forced coas ...
