Abstract
Sample information and genetic accession information for raw low-coverage genomic sequence reads from 248 different Atlantic silverside individuals (some individuals are represented by multiple sequence data files). The raw low-coverage genomic sequence reads are deposited in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under BioProject PRJNA376564.
