dc.description.abstract Temperature data from 4 depths at the study site in the giant kelp forest habitat of the Central California Coast. Temperature was recorded every 5 minutes from June 2010 to October 2012. For a complete list of measurements, refer to the full dataset description in the supplemental file 'Dataset_description.pdf'.
