All files are MATLAB "m".
These files relate to the fitting and testing of a boundary
shift over two time periods for any given species.

The main file is:
mainBootStrapping.m - it need to be run with 2 arguments. the species name and the threshold value mu referenced in the manuscript

this file calls 3 others:
sub_ReadData.m - reads in data. this must be rewritten by user to read in new data
sub_SimData.m - simulates data for the bootstrapping test.
main2Times.m - fits the data to obtain the test statistic

main2Times.m calls 4 files:
sub_Opt1.m - fits 3 parameter model for each time period.
sub_OptNull - fits 5 parameter under the null U1=U2
sub_OptAlt - fits 6 parameter under the alt under the constraint U1<U2
plotFit - plots the fits under the alternative and the null

Several of these functions use fmincon, a function found in MATLABS optimization toolbox.
