Radiometer data from autonomous buoy 07949 from SOGLOBEC

  The buoy had 3 spectroradiometers, each with four wavelengths 
  (412.3, 442.8, 490.6, 555 nm) 
  One spectroradiometer was installed above the ice,  
  another at the bottom of the ice, and the third 1.5 m below the ice bottom 
  The measurement units are mW nm-1 cm-2
