The present paper forms a sequel to the account of the temperature of the same region (Bigelow, 1933)... the continental shelf between the offings of Cape
Cod (longitude about 70°) and Chesapeake Bay;-extended southward, for occasional
months, to the offing of Cape Hatteras; and with such discussion of conditions along the
continental slope as is justified by occasional profiles. |
